In Bloom, you rearrange and match flowers on vertical stems to keep them from spilling over the screen. Each level generates blooms with varying colors shapes and patterns that grow faster as time goes on. Swapping positions adjusting stem heights and creating horizontal matches clears flowers before they overflow. The challenge comes from planning moves around the ever shifting layout and timing bursts of growth. This web based puzzle game stems from a Famicase design by Richard Perez and was refined by Kyle Nyland during a 2018 game jam. While simple to grasp the layers of strategy in stem positioning and pattern recognition add depth. Players track their progress through increasingly chaotic arrangements where every second counts. No multiplayer modes but the tight mechanics make for quick addictive sessions.
