• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful files
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or any community features

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines at our sole discretion.

You may submit content to PlayPile, including reviews, ratings, lists, comments, and blog submissions ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant PlayPile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with the Service.

You represent that:

• You own or have the right to post your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

We may remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

PlayPile integrates with third-party services including Steam, Google, and various game stores. We also display game deals and price comparisons that link to external retailers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Prices and deals displayed are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or up to date.

The Service, including its design, code, logos, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by PlayPile and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Game titles, logos, artwork, and related assets displayed on PlayPile are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and identification purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.
