Ynglet lets you control a jellyfish-like creature floating through hand-drawn levels filled with puzzles and hazards. You swim bounce and launch across platforms using environmental objects to clear paths and retrieve lost friends scattered by a comet strike. Each level reacts to your movements with a shifting soundscape that changes tone and rhythm based on how you interact with the world. The puzzles focus on manipulating level elements to rescue friends who each have distinct abilities and behaviors. The game’s charm comes from its soft art style and responsive sound design which makes exploration feel dynamic. Levels are short but layered with hidden routes and creative solutions. Launched in 2021 it runs smoothly across multiple platforms including Switch and PC. The lack of text or dialogue keeps the focus on visuals and music making it an easy pick for laid-back puzzle fans. Its simple story and tactile physics add to the relaxing yet rewarding vibe.

Now, Ynglet has to travel the world to find its lost friends and help them back home. The story is explained through a short cutscene with no dialog or text. It offers an easy to understand motivation for getting through the levels. Each friend looks and behaves differently, which means there are a lot of fun visuals and interactions possible when trying to help them out of their sticky situations.
