You’ll tackle missions, wreck the environment, and switch between agents mid-battle to exploit enemy weaknesses. The city is packed with side jobs and destruction-based objectives that keep the pace frenetic. The game’s standout is its achievement system with 49 total rewards. The rarest, “Contract Thriller,” sits at just 2.7% unlocked. While some critics found the story underdeveloped, the pure mayhem gameplay and over-the-top superhero antics drew praise from fans. Developed by Volition, it carries echoes of their Saints Row roots but leans harder into explosive set pieces.

Storyline

In the wake of a global assault, the world has fallen under the rule of LEGION, a supervillainous cabal of criminal masterminds and costumed megalomaniacs. The only ones who are capable of turning the tide are the Agents of MAYHEM. Led by Persephone Brimstone, these uniquely skilled agents are going to take down this New World Disorder by any means necessary.
