Alien Brigade tasks you with stopping a wave of space invaders who’ve turned soldiers and civilians into brainwashed puppets. Play on a side scrolling battlefield where each of five levels gives you a new mission: rescue hostages, blow up alien strongholds, or just survive. You’ll shoot through hordes of enemies, including the aliens themselves along with their converted human thralls, while dodging fire from tanks and helicopters. After every kill you might find a bonus item to pick up, grab it for extra ammo, stronger weapons, or a health boost. Let enemy bullets chip away at your health too long and you’ll be added to the alien army yourself. The game’s straightforward action leans into its 1990s arcade roots, with a focus on fast reflexes and resource management. Its variety of objectives and enemy types keeps the pace shifting, though the Atari 7800’s hardware limits visual flair. With no modern updates or remasters, it’s a relic for retro fans. The challenge remains sharp, though, each death resets your progress, making every run a test of skill.
The Plutoid Alien Zombie force has infiltrated the Army. They look like soldiers but are actually Aliens from outer space. You control a special task force to destroy the Aliens. As you shoot away at nasty enemies, you can earn powerful weapons, rescue hostages and most of all, stay alive. The challenge is there--beat the Aliens or you'll have to join them.
