Playable on PC and Android, the game follows Sonic’s chase to rescue Tails from Dr. Eggman’s new hideout on an unexplored island. Levels mix classic speedrunning with updated enemy designs, all built around the same engine powering other indie platformers. Storyline

Sonic has arrived back on South Island after his last adventure, and he arrives to see that his friend, Miles "Tails" Prower has been kidnapped by Dr Eggman right before his very eyes. Sonic gives chase until he ends up in the previously unexplored "North East Island", where Eggman has set up base. If Sonic ever wants to see his friend again, Sonic must deliver the 6 Chaos Emeralds to Dr Eggman at his base inside the Gimmick Mountain. Along the way Sonic must battle powerful and smart new Master Robots, whom are all based on animals. What exactly is Eggman testing here?
