Apolune 2 casts you as an astronaut mining asteroids in a distant belt. Play solo or with up to seven friends in co-op or competitive modes as you extract resources, trade goods, and build out a bizarre space colony. The early hours focus on survival and expansion, but the tone shifts when alien encounters escalate into full-blown chaos. Manage your crew’s sanity as they transition from industrial workers to bar owners, deli operators, and broadcast technicians before the plot spirals into self-aware absurdity. The game thrives on its deadpan humor and escalating ridiculousness. Players often cite the contrast between mundane tasks and apocalyptic stakes as a standout feature. Storyline

Up to 8 tethered astronauts are picked to mine ore at a deep space mining station situated in an asteroid belt. Soon after, strange and bizarre alien visitations begin. In time, the miners accumulate enough profits to purchase a bar, mall, deli, casino and broadcast tower. Life is easy and the scores are high. Oops! An alien invasion quickly manifests destroying the station and sending the astronauts to utter doom.
