Baseball Riot is a chaotic puzzle game where you wreck havoc with a baseball instead of a bat. You play as Gabe Carpaccio a disgruntled former player determined to destroy his ex-team and a sketchy energy drink company. Each level tasks you with launching balls through environments to trigger chain reactions using physics based destruction. The goal is to cause maximum damage to targets while avoiding obstacles and enemies. Gameplay leans into slapstick violence with baseballs used to smash glass hit buttons and knock down structures. The single player campaign unfolds through a series of increasingly absurd scenarios blending sports equipment with explosive mayhem. The game stands out for its gleefully over the top antics and straightforward puzzle design. While the story is thin the levels are packed with creative destruction opportunities that fans of the genre will appreciate. With roots in the same developer behind a similar sports themed predecessor it retains the same irreverent charm.
