Bedlam turns the Tempest formula inside out by putting your ship in the center of the action. You command a starfighter resembling the Millennium Falcon, locked in a geometric arena where enemies swarm from the edges toward your position. Rotate left or right to target incoming foes, using a Fast Rotate button to spin quicker. The Zap power-up clears the screen but can only be used once per level. Each move requires timing and precision to avoid collisions that drain your limited ship reserves. The game’s tension comes from its relentless enemy behavior and sector-based challenges. Different ship types approach with distinct patterns, forcing you to adapt your aim and rotation.
