Bedlamball is a fast paced game where players use paddles to hit a ball into their opponent’s goal. But this isn’t traditional hockey. Mid match you can tweak rules to swing momentum, resize goals, alter scoring, or adjust game speed. Every change applies to both sides creating a back and forth battle of wits. The simple controls let you focus on outthinking rivals while the chaotic twists keep matches unpredictable. The game’s charm lies in its flexibility. With single player, co op, and multiplayer modes it adapts to different playstyles. Since its 2018 release it’s built a niche following for its clever mix of spontaneity and tactics. No two games feel alike making it easy to pick up but hard to master. The Mac and PC versions run smoothly and the lack of complex systems keeps the focus on the evolving gameplay.

Storyline

Inspired by "Calvinball", from the comic "Calvin and Hobbes" by Bill Watterson, Bedlamball plays a bit like air hockey. Each player attempts to knock the ball into the other player's goal, but both sides can modify rules and mechanics of the game in the middle of the match to their advantage. Opponent about to score? Shrink the goal! Far behind in points? Change the scoring method! Just remember everything you change affects your opponent in the same way! Hilariously chaotic, while also surprisingly strategic, you never have to play the same way twice.
