Sahara B. Shabazz must prove her mettle in a high-octane martial arts tournament after receiving a life-saving blood transfusion from a legendary Korean Taekwondo master. This indie fighter lets you master a roster of moves inspired by her newfound skills, blending acrobatic kicks and precise strikes in real-time bouts. Customization options let you tweak her style while progression unlocks deeper techniques. The single-player mode focuses on her personal journey, balancing narrative beats with competitive combat. The game stands out for its niche premise and surprisingly polished mechanics. While the story leans into over-the-top martial arts tropes, many players appreciate its earnest delivery and the fluidity of the fighting system. With a dedicated fanbase praising its replay value and character depth, it’s a pick for those seeking a no-frills brawler with a quirky soul. The developer’s passion for Taekwondo shines through in the detailed animations and authentic move sets.
After a near-fatal car accident, Sahara B. Shabazz was in need of a blood transfusion ... and in need of one fast!!! Fate had decided that on that very same night, a Korean, 7th dan, Taekwondo, black belt, gold medalist had left the windows closed and slept with the fan on after celebrating yet another gold medal. The next day, he was rushed to the hospital but it was too late to save him and as his last heroic act in life ... he had decided to donate his blood to Sahara B. Shabazz. Sahara B. Shabazz decided to honour that Korean man's sacrifice by winning this martial arts tournament with the Taekwondo that flows in her veins.
