Boundary is a spacefaring shooter where you fight as an astronaut in zero gravity. Choose from six classes each with distinct roles and tweak your gear to suit your playstyle. The physics of floating combat add a layer of strategy to every firefight. Matches unfold across maps that use open space and tight corridors to create dynamic encounters. You can take on campaigns solo or team up with others for co-op missions. The setting of overpopulated Earth and lawless space colonies gives the conflict a gritty edge. While the story mode has its moments the multiplayer is where the game shines. With 120 hours of playtime reported by some players the mix of class variety and map design keeps matches feeling fresh. The lack of platform exclusivity means more folks can jump in and test their skills among the stars.

Storyline

It is the near future. We are in the age of rapid developing space travel technology. Thanks to the invention of nano materials with perfect micro geometry, a super efficient earth-space travel system called “space elevator” suddenly made possible to build with only a very manageable cost. Within years space elevator burst spread through out the globe. Transporting by such elevators is very much affordable. Go to space rapidly become practical to everyone. Tired of the heavily crowded and tightly confined earth, people flooded into the uncharted ocean of heaven, putting hands on everything they can have a grasp. Merchants and pirates, mercenaries and outlaws, government and rebels, they eat and got eaten. It is the Boundary between the old style life and the new one, the age of universal discovery and great competition is coming.
