Bram Stoker's Dracula for Amiga is a side-scrolling action game that pits you against vampire henchmen and environmental hazards across nine stages. Each level requires finding and destroying coffins with Transylvanian soil, but the last coffin is guarded by a tough enemy. Combat mixes button-mashing brawling with weapon pickups, and progression depends on clearing objectives. The Amiga version simplifies mechanics from other ports but keeps the core loop of exploration and combat. Digitized character models from the Sega CD version give the Amiga release a grainy but distinct look. Stage settings vary from castles to forests, though later levels grow repetitive. A small but dedicated following exists, particularly among retro action fans. The 1994 release date cements its place in horror game history, with difficulty spiking in later stages through tougher enemies and tighter platforming.
