"Don’t expect to come in to this and see an epic mascot-style story or any type of replayability. The story is about as lame as you’d expect, and only exists at the beginning of the experience and then again at the end with very short cutscenes. This is a one-and-done type of game, but during the 8 to 10 hours it’ll take to complete the journey, especially if you stick it out and go for all of the Arnold levels, you’ll easily find some levels of enjoyment out of Accolade’s latest bobcat adventure. Bubsy: Paws on Fire is definitely the best Bubsy experience released in quite some time, and while this isn’t saying a lot, it definitely doesn’t deserve to be completely skipped over."

Bug on a Wire tasks you with guiding a tiny bug across a tangled network of telephone lines. Using simple arrow key controls you dash left and right leaping between wires while avoiding crows that swoop in to knock you off. The challenge grows as the pace quickens forcing you to time jumps precisely and think ahead. Each run is a test of speed and focus with the goal of surviving as long as possible before a single misstep ends your climb. This 2003 Miniclip classic remains a staple of browser-based arcade games for its stripped-down intensity. Despite its age the mechanics hold up offering a brisk reflex challenge that's easy to pick up but tough to master. Community play data shows most players top out around 30 seconds though skilled runners can push past a minute. The lack of frills or complexity makes it a pure exercise in timing and precision a formula that still entertains after nearly two decades.
