Two survivors hole up in a remote cabin after a werewolf massacre. One is human. One is a monster. You play either role in a head to head battle of wit and deception. As day turns to night you trade resources, question each other's motives, and force decisions through clever card plays. Every move pressures your opponent to reveal their true nature while hiding your own. The game hinges on reading tells, managing limited options, and timing your reveals just right. The tension comes from the tight back and forth. No grand gestures or teams here. Just two players locked in a cerebral duel. The hidden role mechanic means every conversation is suspect and every action could be a trap. Since release in July 2023 it's drawn praise for its sharp mechanics and replay value. The minimalist setup belies deep strategic layers. Nestopi's design focuses strictly on the core conflict making for a game that's quick to learn but tough to master.

Storyline

You are a survivor of a werewolf attack on your village. Barely escaping with your life, you flee to a cabin in the nearby woods. There, you encounter one other survivor. Can they be trusted? Werewolves walk among us unseen as long as the sun is up, but danger lurks after nightfall. Is the one before you human, or a hiding beast waiting to pounce? Unless you can deduce the truth, you are doomed to never see the dawn of the next day. Quelling your nerves, you nervously greet your new companion.
