Casper is a puzzle-light adventure game for Game Boy Advance where you control the friendly ghost himself. Each of five levels requires collecting flasks to help a zombie doctor regain his mind while navigating obstacles using Casper’s ability to phase through certain walls. Players can rescue six children per level though completing the main objective doesn’t require them. Simple controls focus on movement and item use with occasional platforming sections. The game’s standout feature is its phasing mechanic which adds a layer of spatial problem solving. Though the story about a ghost trio turning adults into zombies leans into franchise lore, the gameplay emphasizes exploration over combat. With a runtime under three hours and optional kid rescues offering minor replayability, it serves as a brief but functional entry in the Casper canon.

Storyline

The Ghostly Trio have turned all the adults in town into zombies leaving the children scared at the mercy of the Trio. The old Schoolmistress of the manor has them call in Dr. James Harvey to stop them only to become a zombie himself capable only of walking in front of him.
