Shi Kong Zhi Lun is a bootleg RPG made for the Family Computer by Shenzhen Nanjing Technology. It serves as an unlicensed demake of Chrono Trigger but runs on a different engine used for their other titles. The developers tried to keep the active battle system from the original game, even though they had to cut out most of the story to fit it all onto one cartridge. You play through the early parts of the adventure until you face the boss Magus near the end. The main issue is that the final fight with Magus is nearly impossible to beat, so you cannot finish the game. This limits your progress significantly compared to the source material.
