Clara Wraiths is a 2D top-down survival horror game where you play as a psychic navigating eerie locations across the US. Using psychic abilities to uncover clues, you solve supernatural puzzles while managing limited resources to survive ghostly threats. Each level forces you to balance exploration with self-preservation, too much curiosity draws attention, but hesitation lets danger close in. The game leans heavily on environmental storytelling, with cryptic audio logs and distorted visions hinting at the spirits’ tragic pasts. The game’s unsettling atmosphere comes from tight pacing and minimalist visuals that amplify tension. Set in abandoned asylums, rural graveyards, and other haunted sites, each environment feels distinct yet oppressive. Developer Anamik Majumdar previously made short horror demos that built a small but vocal following, and this full release arrives August 15, 2025.
