Cobra The Arcade is a 2005 arcade shooter based on Buichi Terasawa’s manga and the Space Cobra TV series. You wield a controller shaped like a Psycho Gun, using it to aim and fire in real time. Cards let you save progress and upgrade your weapon between sessions. The game borrows mechanics from Time Crisis 3 but adds Psycho Shot, a lock-on ability that obliterates groups of enemies with a single blast. Single player campaigns run alongside multiplayer and co-op modes for competitive or team-based action. The Psycho Gun peripheral and card system set it apart, turning the arcade cabinet into a tactile extension of the game.
