In this point-and-click adventure set in the 1980s, you follow Randall, a high school misfit tormented by jocks and infatuated with the class queen. As an unseen divine force, you grant him sudden bursts of confidence and luck, letting him rewrite his social standing. Dialogue choices and timed actions shape his interactions, from fending off bullies to impressing his crush. The game leans into pixel art and synth music to capture the era while blending mundane teen drama with absurdly powered-up scenarios. The contrast between Randall’s everyday struggles and your godlike meddling creates a lighthearted, self-aware tone. Players praise its snappy writing and 80s references, though some note the short runtime. With over 10,000 copies sold and a 4.2/5 rating from fans, it’s a quick but charming pick for those who like their nostalgia with a supernatural twist.
Randall is a young teen living a completely normal life for a nerd in the 80s. Apart from often being the main target of bullying by his school's American football stars (Scott, Chad and Biff), Randall likes to spend his time lost in the world of video games and comics, as well as dreaming about his crush, Becky, the most popular girl in school who barely knows he exists. One Saturday, on his way to a card tournament, Randall unexpectedly runs into Scott and his gang outside. Nearly facing a round of bullying once again, the situation takes a surprising turn when a mysterious presence suddenly intervenes and scares the bullies away. In the face of this event, Randall presumes that he is now in the company of a divine entity that's come to his aid, and gains newfound confidence to stand up to Scott and finally win Becky over.
