ColorZ is a fast paced action game where you pilot a spaceship to clean up virus ridden planets. You absorb viruses that match your color while avoiding others. Merging ships lets you create new colors and power up. Keep your combo chain alive by dodging enemies and timing your moves. The core loop mixes shooting puzzles with quick reflexes as you track your score and progress through levels. The game shines with its co op mode supporting up to three players. Team up to synchronize movements and tackle challenges together. Bright visuals and simple controls made it a standout on the Wii in 2009. While the single player campaign is solid the real fun comes from playing with friends. It hasn’t aged perfectly but its mix of color based mechanics and co op play still feels fresh.
