"Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon: a pleasant roll through a gorgeous world, with some novel concepts, and one of the most beautiful games the Wii U has yet seen. However charming the game may be, Rainbow Curse is a few strokes from greatness: overly repetitive mechanics, underused ideas, and a failure to integrate its clay theme into gameplay in any meaningful way keep it from reaching the lofty heights to which it potentially could. Well crafted, but not a masterpiece."

Connie Talbot: Over the Rainbow puts you in the driver seat of a rhythm game built around her voice. You play through a series of musical tracks where timing and coordination matter most. The Wii remote acts as your primary instrument, letting you tap along to the beat or follow simple motion cues. It is a straightforward experience that focuses on getting the notes right rather than complex mechanics. Fans of the singer will find familiar tunes here, while newcomers get a chance to interact with her music in an active way. The game stands out because it relies heavily on Talbot's real vocal performances rather than generic backing tracks. Community ratings suggest players appreciate the simplicity, though some wish for more variety in song selection. Data shows that those who stick with the harder levels often rate their progress higher than casual players. It feels like a solid tribute to her career without trying to reinvent the wheel. The score tracking system gives you clear feedback on your performance after every song ends. This approach keeps things accessible while still offering enough challenge to keep you coming back for another try.
