Cornflower Corbin is a chaotic shooter where you control a bloated defender blasting enemies while managing a growing size that hampers movement. Players strap a laser turret to Corbin’s back and fend off waves of attackers, balancing aggressive fire with careful positioning. The twist is every shot increases Corbin’s bulk, slowing him down and forcing tactical decisions about when to conserve energy. Single player campaigns and co-op modes let you tackle waves alone or team up, with local multiplayer adding frantic fun. The game stands out for its simple yet clever mechanic of growing bulk impacting gameplay, paired with quirky art and tight controls. A 78% on Steam reflects its cult following among fans of offbeat shooters. While the story is light, the escalating tension of managing Corbin’s size versus enemy pressure creates a satisfying rhythm. Co-op modes are a highlight, turning the struggle into a chaotic team effort.
One-day Cornflower Corbin was having a relaxing swim through the ocean when he got word that there would be an attack from the neighboring village. Corbin decided to prepare for the purple brigade so he could defend all he loved. He grabbed the biggest laser turret he could find and strapped it to his back so he could have a fighting chance. Corbin needs your help to fend off the enemy attacks! Be careful though because with each shot Corbin gets bigger and its harder for him to move, so use your shots wisely!
