Cov Shooter is a top-down shooter with RPG elements where you battle through endless waves of enemies. Each round lets you pick up loot to upgrade weapons and character stats preparing for tougher mutations that change how enemies behave. The action stays fast-paced as new threats keep things unpredictable. What stands out is the way mutations force you to adapt strategy on the fly. Early upgrades might not help against later foes that dodge or swarm differently. While short at around five hours the game’s 82% on Metacritic shows it packs a solid challenge for fans of twitchy shooters with progression systems.
