Crimson Sea drops you in a galaxy thousands of years ahead. As Sho, you investigate a wave of murders blamed on invading aliens. Switch between ranged and melee combat to take down creatures and shifting enemies. Custom blasters and plasma swords let you adapt to different threats. Neo-Psionics powers add a way to clear crowds in one move. What sets it apart is the Phantom Sensor System. This lets you track hidden enemies using sound and touch cues. Released in December 2002 for Xbox, the game focuses on single-player action. The variety of foes and weapons keeps the gameplay fresh. Though it didn’t gain widespread attention, fans appreciate its fast-paced fights and sci-fi mystery.
