Cross the Road is an arcade game where you guide a dog through traffic to reach safety. Each level tasks you with dodging cars trucks and other hazards as you navigate narrow lanes. The objective remains simple but the increasing speed and complexity test your reflexes. Controls are minimal relying on precise timing to avoid collisions. The single player mode focuses on high scores as you try to outlast each stage. The game’s charm comes from its familiar structure with a slight twist replacing frogs with a determined canine. While it follows classic Frogger mechanics closely it feels fresh on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis. Released in late 2016 it’s a short but polished entry for fans of old school arcade action.
