Cubixx tasks you with slicing through the surfaces of a cube using a laser to release trapped energy. Each level challenges you to draw precise lines that crisscross the cube’s sides, earning points based on length and complexity. The longer your cuts and the more surfaces you span the bigger the points but one misstep resets your streak. Timing and spatial awareness are key as you balance risky multi-surface combos against the constant threat of failure. The game’s 20 levels scale in difficulty offering a lean but satisfying challenge that focuses purely on its core mechanic. With roots in classic arcade scoring it leans into quick reflexes and strategic planning without frills. Though released in 2010 it remains a sharp example of puzzle-platform simplicity. Single player only with PlayStation 3 and PSP ports letting you chase high scores in short bursts or extended sessions.
