Cues is a puzzle game for Meta Quest headsets that uses hand tracking to let you manipulate floating light orbs. Each orb pulses to a rhythm you control by moving your hands through the air. Shatter targets called cues by timing your gestures with the music you generate. The puzzles shift as you play, creating new pathways and sound patterns based on your choices. Sessions are short and focused, making it easy to play in small bursts without losing momentum. The game stands out for its seamless link between physical movement and audio feedback. Every hand motion alters the soundtrack in real time, turning problem solving into a live performance. Early playtests highlight how the lack of controllers makes interactions feel intuitive, almost meditative. Coming December 5, 2024, it works on Quest 2 and 3 devices. No complicated setups or lengthy tutorials, just pick up your headset and start shaping sound.
