Using the same cut-the-rope mechanics as before you guide candy to both Om Nom and his ancient relatives across time-warped settings. The game moves through themed eras like Pirate Ships Ancient Egypt and the Disco Era with each level introducing period-specific obstacles and gimmicks. Gameplay remains straightforward but the added complexity of splitting candy between two targets creates fresh challenges. The time-travel hook lets players explore 12 distinct historical periods without overloading the core experience. While later entries in the series expanded the formula this 2013 sequel maintains a tight focus on clever level design. It won the iKids Awards in 2014 and still holds a 4.5 star average on iOS. The cartoonish visuals and familiar physics puzzles make it a solid pick for fans of the original who want more multilayered challenges.
