Darts Wii DX turns your Wii Remote into a dart by having you grip it like a real one and flick it toward the screen. The motion controls track your throw’s angle and strength to determine where it lands on the board. Five structured modes like Zero One and Cricket offer different scoring challenges while Free Throw lets you practice without pressure. All of it plays locally or online via Nintendo Wi-Fi with leaderboards to track your progress against others. The controls feel surprisingly precise for a motion-based game making it easy to get lost in trying to perfect your throws. The lack of multiplayer might feel limiting but the focus on single-player modes and rankings keeps it competitive. While the 2009 release date means it’s showing its age the simplicity of the concept still holds up for quick sessions.
