Dash of Destruction is a chaotic racing game where players zip through tracks in customizable vehicles designed to smash into each other. Developed by NinjaBee and released free on Xbox Live Arcade in 2008, it pits racers against one another in short bursts of mayhem. The single-player campaign leans into its Doritos-themed origins with goofy dialogue and unlockable content. Online and local multiplayer modes let up to four players battle simultaneously, prioritizing reckless collisions over clean wins. The game became infamous for being one of the fastest ways to max out achievements on XBLA. Giant Bomb noted all 12 achievements can be earned in under 20 minutes, a fact the game constantly taunts players with. Though no longer available for purchase, those who downloaded it before its removal can still re-download it. Its short, punchy races and meme-worthy reputation make it a cult favorite for quick, destructive fun.
