In Defend Your Nuts, you play as a squirrel trying to keep a bunch of monsters from stealing your acorns. You use different weapons and upgrade them as you go through levels. Each level has more monsters coming at you, and by stage 20 there’s a big boss to fight. The game has a few types of enemies and lets you tweak your gear to handle them. It’s been around since 2011 but still works well in a browser. The boss fight at the end adds a nice challenge to the otherwise straightforward tower defense setup.
