About

Desert Demolition Starring Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote is a fast-paced platformer where you control either the speedy bird or the scheming predator. Each of the six levels forces you to race against the clock collecting ACME stamps while navigating shifting terrain. Road Runner relies on quick reflexes and high-flying stunts to dodge traps and outmaneuver the Coyote’s antics. Playing as the Coyote swaps the formula, instead of running, you deploy wild ACME devices and time risky leaps to snag the elusive target. Both characters have signature moves to tip the scales: Road Runner’s Beep-Beep scatters enemies while the Coyote’s final desperation grab can turn a close call into victory. The game leans into the chaotic energy of the classic cartoons with brightly colored levels and slapstick physics. Playing as two characters with opposing playstyles keeps each run fresh, though the tight controls and short level count mean there’s not much beyond the initial thrill. Released in 1995, it’s a Mega Drive oddity that nostalgia might elevate more than mechanics.
