About

Dimeo's Jukebox is a puzzle game for Game Boy that tasks you with navigating a series of rooms to recover stolen music. Each level requires arranging tiles or manipulating objects to progress, with solutions directly tied to unlocking chiptune tracks. The gameplay loops between problem-solving and audio discovery, letting you either tackle puzzles or skip straight to listening to the full soundtrack. The story follows a musician chasing stolen records across cosmic jukeboxes, though the narrative takes a backseat to the mechanics. The game stands out for its dual purpose as both interactive puzzle set and collectible music album. Rob Dimeo’s chiptune compositions take center stage, with puzzles designed to reward curiosity without forcing engagement. Released as a physical cartridge in 2010, it caters to retro enthusiasts and fans of experimental game-music hybrids. Its minimalist design and niche appeal have earned it a cult following, particularly among those who appreciate Game Boy’s hardware limitations turned into creative strengths.

Only then will Dimeo be able to rescue his precious music!
