This sequel is a selection of various scenarios linked to the dark world of Dooms, set before and after the first game.

Jack, sentenced to death manages to find his way out through psychological treatment. Bob, after the explosion finds himself covered in bandages in a madhouse. June, emotionally broken searches for his lost brother and meaning in her life. Brian, a man trying to get to heaven through the pain of inserting a nail through his penis. Graig, trying to take revenge on his wife's lover.

An overhaul of the game made in RM2K3 was released in 2007.
