You play as a vampire hunting victims in a town at night. The goal is to bite enough people while avoiding the constable who tries to stake you. To survive, you can turn victims into zombies to distract police or shift into a bat to escape. Wolves and hawks also hunt you in different forms. You must return to your tomb before dawn with enough blood or you lose. The game balances action and tactics. Players manage limited time, threats from multiple directions, and resourceful escapes. Its simple mechanics and frantic pacing made it a standout title for Intellivision. With both single player and competitive multiplayer modes, it holds a nostalgic following.
