Dungeon Core is a roguelite dungeon crawler where you explore randomly generated levels as a liquidator. Your goal is to reach and destroy a mutating nuclear core deep in an underground facility. Each run features new layouts, enemy placements, and item drops. Permanent upgrades let you carry progress between attempts, softening the sting of failure while encouraging future strategy adjustments. The game mixes fast-paced combat with resource management as you balance upgrades and gear to handle escalating threats. Enemies range from feral toads to armed cyborgs, with boss battles that demand tactical shifts. It plays well with either controller or keyboard, and the blend of action and loot collection keeps runs feeling rewarding. Though the setting is straightforward, the roguelite structure and upgrade system offer solid replayability for players who enjoy incremental progress.

Storyline

Take on the role as a liquidator and descend down to an abandoned facility, buried deep below the sewers. You get to fight mutants, bosses, acquire awesome items and ultimately destroy the nuclear core, which is mutating any form of life that is present. You'll come across everything from ravenous toads to armed cyborgs on your way down.
