"Dungeons 4 delivers engaging and highly addictive gameplay that comes remarkably close to its great inspiration, Dungeon Keeper, while also introducing refreshing ideas of its own through features like the overworld sections. Its distinctly German sense of humor is excellent, even if it can feel a little overwhelming at times, and controls with both the Pro Controller and Joy-Con work reliably well. Unfortunately, the Nintendo Switch version suffers heavily from technical shortcomings. Blurry visuals, flickering, and choppy camera movement noticeably impact the overall experience and hold the game back from reaching its full potential."
