Duotone is a color-based platformer that turns simple mechanics into a test of precision. You control a ball that must match its color to upcoming obstacles by bouncing off tubes that change its hue. Miss a step by hitting the wrong color and you restart from the beginning. The challenge lies in timing jumps, tracking color shifts, and building momentum without a single mistake. Each level feels like a tightrope walk between rhythm and chaos. Players often hit the 300-point mark in early sessions with average scores hovering around 450. The minimalist art style and punishing difficulty create a "just one more try" loop that sticks around long after the session ends. Leaderboards show top scores exceeding 1000 but few manage consistent runs past 700. Simple controls can’t hide how sharp the challenge gets after the first dozen attempts.
