About

Dodge falling rocks and outwit monsters as you scavenge for gems in this retro puzzle game. You navigate tight cave tunnels collecting emeralds and diamonds while avoiding deadly boulders that crash down without warning. The single player campaign has 80 levels of increasing difficulty, and there's also a competitive two player mode with 20 unique levels designed for head to head play. Simple controls make the frantic action accessible but the physics based hazards keep each run unpredictable. Emerald Mine captures the frantic energy of classic arcade puzzlers with its ruthless rock drops and tight level design. While the visuals are basic by modern standards, the raw challenge and responsive gameplay still resonate with fans of old school Commodore and Amiga titles. The inclusion of cooperative and competitive multiplayer options was ahead of its time for 1987 releases.
