The open world reacts to your actions with real-time events like car crashes and building fires. You can coordinate rescue efforts from a command center or join the chaos on the ground. Progress through scenarios by balancing speed, strategy, and teamwork. The game blends driving, problem-solving, and team-based coordination in a setting that feels alive. Its mix of simulation and action elements creates a distinct gameplay loop where no two missions play exactly the same.
