Equilibrio is a balance-based puzzle game that uses tilt controls to guide a delicate ball through obstacle-filled levels. Players adjust the angle of the playfield to roll the ball toward an exit while avoiding drops, spikes, and other hazards. Each level requires careful precision as the ball can shatter if mishandled. Different ball types offer varied traits, some bounce, others are heavier or more fragile, adding layers to the challenge. Progress through 60+ stages with shifting layouts and increasing complexity. The game adapts to player skill with dynamic difficulty and offers multiple modes including timed challenges and competitive multiplayer on Wii. Up to four players can take turns or race simultaneously in local sessions. With 25 optional goals and replayable level rankings, there’s incentive to refine techniques. The Wii Balance Board support adds physical feedback for a more engaged experience. Since launch in 2009, its physics-based puzzles have drawn praise for simplicity and depth.
