Erix brings the classic arcade challenge of Qix to old school Sony Ericsson phones. You play as a single cursor moving horizontally or vertically to carve out empty space on the grid. The goal is simple enough. You need to claim about 75 percent of the board area to advance. Each time you enclose a section, you are safe inside that new territory and can start drawing again from there. The real tension comes from dodging moving enemies that roam the field. One touch with one of them ends your run immediately. The game feels tight despite its minimal graphics and basic controls. It relies entirely on your speed and precision to succeed without any complex systems. Players who like pure skill tests will find this title satisfying. The difficulty ramps up as levels progress since more enemies appear and the available space shrinks. There is no story or extra modes here, just straight tactical play. This version stayed exclusive to certain mobile devices back when that hardware was still common.
