Storyline

Abilities cards are all the rage in Gensokyo! Rare cards with various abilities enclosed in them are all the rage among humans and youkai. Kappa and others have developed a new machine with their eyes on such ability cards. It is called "NITORI PHONE". It is an easy-to-operate machine that delivers ability cards anytime, anywhere, as long as you pay for it. The rickety-necked youkai, Sekibanki, is outwardly indifferent to the new fad, but inwardly she is interested in the ability cards. But inwardly, she is very interested in the ability cards. She secretly buys a NITORI PHONE and test the abilities of the ability cards.
