Eyes of War is a medieval real-time strategy game where you manage a castle, train troops, and direct battles in real time. Switch between commanding entire squads and taking control of individual soldiers to execute precise maneuvers. The single-player campaign focuses on territorial expansion while multiplayer and co-op modes let you team up or compete against others in large-scale conflicts. Resource gathering, fortification building, and tactical positioning are key to outlasting rival factions. The game’s unit-level control stands out compared to most RTS titles, letting you micro-manage fighters during clashes. Good Mood Games polished the mechanics over several early access years, refining the balance between base management and combat pacing. It launches on PC and Linux platforms in January 2025 after a lengthy development cycle.
