"You can’t really expect this game to give you full fitness advice or before and after results as the in-game messages don't really deliver much motivation since there is no monitoring of how much calories were burned from your exercise. It will still provide the full body workout experience regardless since you’re literally moving your entire body to play the game. Some of the control schemes force the player to be as accurate as possible to the examples given, otherwise some of the simple movements may not be as simple as it reads. At least it does provide some sense of fun and competition when two players get together and try to beat each other's scores."

Family Trainer: Rairai Kyonshizu is the final entry in Bandai's series of games for the Family Trainer peripheral, a foot-based input device. You play a baby jiang shi, a hopping undead creature from Chinese folklore, navigating wobbly legs and giggling its way through mini-games. Each challenge requires quick footwork and timing, as you stomp, kick, or balance to progress. The goal is simple: help the baby reunite with its parents by climbing a giant amida ladder, which randomly assigns the next task from a pool of physical challenges. This one-of-a-kind title leans into its oddball charm, blending slapstick humor with the physicality of the Power Pad. While the mini-game variety keeps things brisk, the unpredictable ladder system means no two playthroughs feel alike. As the last game to use the peripheral, it’s a nostalgic endpoint for collectors and a quirky example of 80s experimentation with motion controls. The mix of goofy character design and tactile gameplay makes it a cult curiosity.
