About

Farewell Avalon drops you into Outpost 7 as Archie, a newborn archling trying to piece together a lost past. You control this character in a top-down action style where combat feels urgent against corrupted sentinels called Cariburns. These machines hunt their creators now, so you must fight them off while exploring the ruins. The twist here is how the game handles getting hurt. When your health drops too low, death does not end your run immediately because The Skribble steps in to protect you and keep the story moving forward. The visual novel elements weave a heavy narrative around these battles without feeling forced. You learn about the Avalonian people and why their technology went wrong as you progress through the single player campaign. RuKiMi Productions built a world where failure feels less punishing and more like a plot point. Current community ratings suggest players enjoy the balance between action and story discovery. This approach keeps the tension high without making every mistake feel like a total loss. It is a short, focused indie title that prioritizes character development alongside its combat mechanics.
