Fasmo 2: Fasmo Goes West casts a spacefaring stick bug into a dusty Wild West town. Using point-and-click controls you navigate saloons and back alleys while fending off bandits and corrupt cops. The plot leans into absurdity with sci-fi twists and dry humor. Two mini-games break from the main adventure one involving lassoing aliens the other a chaotic card duel. A synth-heavy soundtrack threads through every scene. The game’s oddball charm comes from mixing cosmic origins with spurs and revolvers. Players are split on the mini-games some call them inventive others baffling. With 12 hours of content on average it leans short but packed with eccentric characters and visual gags. Released in 2009 it still stands out for its fearless weirdness.
