About

Fatherhood puts you in the shoes of Basir, a father searching for safety with his blind daughter Asma after war breaks out. You must move through Middle Eastern zones patrolled by armed soldiers while managing dwindling supplies of water and medicine. Since shops are closed or destroyed, every decision forces you to weigh survival against your humanity. The game presents tough choices where taking necessary resources might cost you your moral compass. This indie adventure stands out for its raw portrayal of civilian suffering during conflict. Instead of focusing on combat, it challenges players with emotional dilemmas that feel heavy and real. Persis Play built a narrative that does not shy away from the difficult trade-offs families face in disaster zones. The experience focuses on the quiet struggle to protect a child rather than winning a battle. It is a short but impactful story that stays with you long after the credits roll.

Storyline

After the outbreak of war, Basir and his young daughter Asma, who lost her sight in an explosion, are searching for a safe place to take refuge. However, they must navigate areas patrolled by armed soldiers, and with no stores to purchase water and medicine from, they must manage their supplies as best they can. At times, they face the game's biggest dilemma: choosing between preserving their humanity or securing necessary supplies.
