Storyline

Plug is from another world, Life Core. She is actually a charger (Judenchan) who gives vitality to people!! She lives a busy life with Sento, who can see Plug, and Aresta, another charger. One day, a rookie charger appears in front of Plug and asks for training. Well, will she be able to train her smoothly? What is the purpose of the rookie charger?
